Julie A. Fragoules is an author and independent researcher whose work explores freedom,
responsibility, agency, political power, scientific possibility, and the structure of meaning
in a lawful universe.
She spent two decades working for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, rising to the
position of Community Education and Outreach Task Force Leader in the Hazard Mitigation Branch.
Prior to this, she worked as a reporter and newscaster for KTLO AM, KTLO FM, and Oldies 101.7
radio stations in Mountain Home, Arkansas, where she won Associated Press and Society of
Professional Journalism awards.
Julie holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas and is a passionate
advocate for preparedness, liberty, and personal responsibility. Beyond her professional life, Julie
enjoys kayaking and sailing. She and her family have built numerous log homes near the White River
in the Ozark Mountains of North Central Arkansas.
